Shipping Duties & Taxes

The one subject that we hate but can't avoid so...

UK Customers and deliveries that stay in the UK

If you are a UK customer having your order delivered to a UK address then you will have 20% VAT added to the cost of your order.

If you are a NON UK customer having your order delivered to a UK address then you will have 20% VAT added to the cost of your order.

If you are a NON UK customer collecting your order in person or by a shipper (other than those mentioned below) from a UK address then you will have 20% VAT added - this can be refunded on reciept of all correct shipping documents, please ask.

If you are a NON UK customer having your order collected by Fedex, UPS, DHL or similar big name couriers then the will not be VAT added.

Any goods shipped to Northern Ireland are subject to UK added VAT @ 20%, as N.I. remains part of the UK's VAT system. Orders delivered to Ireland are subject to EU tax rules.

US Customers

All imports into the USA face tarrifs which are currently (as far as we know):

25% on Windscreens, Rear windows, Other windows.
25% on Air vents, slider kits, air scoops and other accessories.
13.5% on Alloy stiffner plates.
25% on Louvered rear quarter air vents (sometimes known as Louvered rear 1/4 windows but they are technically an air vent).
25% on Engine covers (such as Ferrari 360 rear engine cover).

This is usually collected for the Government by the Postal service or carrier and can be often be called a Brokerage Fee, or Import tax etc. There may also be additional state charges and handling fees.

These tariffs MUST be paid otherwise your order will be returned to the UK and will face re-shipping costs.

EU Customers

All orders being shipped from the UK to the EU do not have any UK VAT or tax applied, however you will have your own countries VAT / TVA rate applied.

You must pay this other wise your order will be returned to the UK and will face re-shipping costs.

Customers outside the EU

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once the shipment reaches your country.

All international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities, while customs policies vary widely from country to country.

You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
