Product Showcase: Budget Slider Kit
The Plastics 4 Performance Budget Slider kit is our low-end and cheapest slider kit in our range designed to fit Lexan Polycarbonate windows, yet shares more in common with our more premium slider kits than you might expect and is suitable for many different types of motorsport.
Our Budget Slider Kit is made from the exact same injection moulded polycarbonate as our WRC homologated sliders. This means it is both extremely lightweight and durable, built to withstand race after race in harsh conditions. The panel sits in an isolated channel, to seperate the panel from the window beneath it. This prevents the panel from scratching the window with repeated use, which is an extremely common issue especially among other lower end slider kits.
We also offer the same level of premium customisation that we offer on all of our higher end slider kits. Our Budget Slider Kit is available for both left and right hand drive, and in square and angled configurations. We recommend the angled configuration for more modern style cars, and the square configuration for classic cars and cars with two piece front door windows. We make our Budget Slider Kit in two different sizes (180mm x 210mm & 200mm x 210mm) to suit most window sizes. We also offer our Slider Scoop as an optional extra to draw more airflow into the cockpit.
